UGC Scheme for Entry Into Services for SC/ST OBC (Non-Creamy layer) Minority Community Students

Coaching Classes for Entry into Services is organized with objectives to:

  • Prepare Students to gain useful employment in Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ in Central services, State services and equivalent positions in private sector.
  • To orient students for particular examination conducted for selection to services such as IAS, State Public Services, Bank recruitment etc.
  • To focus on the specific requirements of a particular competitive examination.

UGC has sanctioned Coaching Programme of Entry into services for SC/ST OBC (Non-Creamy layer) Minority Community Students as per the guidelines of XII plan. Accordingly the Classes are arranged for the Students of SC, ST, OBC, EBC and Minorities.

The Coaching Classes are arranged for different competitive exams to the students belong to SC/ST/OBC & Minorities students. The students were given orientation to write the exams to attain Jobs. Circulars regarding the coaching Classes are circulated among the Departments. The interested Students are requested to submit the Enrollment form and the students are categorized based on their Annual Income and Community & finally selected for the Coaching Classes. The Coaching Classes were completed for Group II, IBPS – Regional Rural Bank Clerks, DSC Coaching. The Coaching Classes were arranged according to the syllabus prescribed for the competitive examinations and accordingly the qualified resource persons were taken classes out of working hours and holidays. This programme will train the students for various competitive examinations to gain employment.
