Eligibility : B .Sc. Degree with Physics and Mathematics and 50% of marks on the aggregate.

Courses Content : The CBCS is followed and the total number of credits for the four semesters course is 96.

Elective Subjects : Classical Mechanics, Atomic and Molecular Physics, Linear Integrated Electronics, Mathematical Physics, Statistical Mechanics, Quantum Mechanics, Digital Electronics, ‘C’ Programming and data structures, Solid State Physics, Nuclear and Particle Physics, Electromagnetic theory, Analytical techniques, Mathematical methods of signal processing, Microcontroller and interfacing. In the THIRD SEMESTER the following electives are introduced.
